What if a call-out didn't take over your whole morning?

Pairing is a scheduling app for Idaho CHIS DDA providers. See the whole week, spot every open session, and cover it with the right BI, on the web and on your phone.

We're taking ten Idaho agencies to start, and onboarding each one's leaders ourselves.

How it works

The texts you get every week, answered in Pairing.

Can I take Friday off? Family thing.

Time off, asked for and answered in one place.

Maya asks from her phone after she checks with her supervisor. The request lands in your time-off queue with the dates and the reason. Approve it or decline it with a note, and approved time off shows on the schedule so you can plan cover early.

Is everyone's supervision done this month?

Every BI's supervision for the month, in one list.

Supervisors see who has had their observation this month and whether each 1-on-1 is booked or held, so a missed month shows up while there's still time to fix it.

Who's coming today? I saw Dana was sick.

Families see their child's week, and nothing else.

Parents see their own child's sessions and the BI coming to each one, and they can message your team. When a session changes, their view changes too. The family view is included at no extra cost, and your agency decides whether to turn it on.

Did I get J.R. today? How many hours am I at?

BIs see their day and their hours.

Paige opens Pairing on her iPhone and sees today's sessions and her hours toward her weekly target. When you give her a session, it shows up there.

What makes Pairing different

Pairing is built for one kind of agency: an Idaho CHIS DDA.

Fewer "who's coming?" texts

BIs, supervisors, program managers and families each see the part of the schedule their job needs.

A missed supervision shows up in time to fix it

Observations and 1-on-1s for every BI, month by month.

PST comes up before the first session

Give a BI a child they haven't worked with, and Pairing asks whether they've done participant specific training.

Treatment plans don't lapse by surprise

A heads-up 30 days before a plan expires, and no new sessions on an expired one.

Plenty of DDAs still run the week on paper or in a spreadsheet. Pairing gives the schedule one place to live, on the web and on every phone that needs it.

Questions

The first things you'll want to know.

We already have a schedule that works.

Good. Pairing starts from it. We set up your agency with you, using the week you run now. After that, a call-out takes a few clicks: its sessions turn red, you pick who covers, and the BI and the family see the change.

Is our client information safe?

We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your agency before any client information goes in. Your data is stored in the United States with Amazon Web Services, and each person sees only what their job needs.

Will our BIs use it?

It's where they see their day. A BI opens Pairing on their phone and sees today's sessions, their hours for the week and your messages. It works in any phone's web browser, Android included, and the iPhone app is in testing.

Does it replace our records system?

No. Pairing handles the schedule and the team messages around it. Session notes and clinical records stay in the system you use now.

What does it cost?

We haven't formally announced pricing. We're talking it through with our first Idaho agencies. Ask us and we'll walk you through it. The family view is included at no extra cost.

A note from the Pairing team

When the schedule works, the day runs smoothly. Then a BI calls out an hour before a session, and one sick call turns into ten phone calls, a rebuilt spreadsheet and a family wondering who's coming.

We made Pairing for Idaho CHIS DDAs, and we're shaping what comes next with the agencies who use it. If you run a schedule, we'd love to know how we can help.
