Terms of Service

These terms cover pairingapp.com and the Pairing app. By using either, you agree to them. Pairing is pre-release software, so features may change, and some may not work as expected. These terms are an agreement between you and C-Arrow Marketing Solutions LLC, an Idaho limited liability company doing business as Pairing ("Pairing," "we," "us," or "our"), 148 Blue Lakes Blvd N, #171, Twin Falls, ID 83301.

The service

Pairing provides scheduling and team-coordination tools for provider organizations. Accounts belong to a workspace that your organization runs, and your organization's administrator decides who has access and what role they have.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Using Pairing responsibly

Use Pairing only as your organization allows and the law permits. Don't try to reach another organization's information, don't probe or disrupt the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Your organization's data

Information your organization puts into Pairing belongs to your organization. Where Pairing handles protected health information, that is governed by a written agreement with your organization, including a Business Associate Agreement signed before any client information goes in. That agreement wins if it conflicts with these terms.

Subscriptions

Nothing is for sale today. If your organization subscribes in the future, the price and terms will be in a written order form or agreement before you commit. Subscriptions will bill monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You'll be able to cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Fees already paid won't be refunded except for billing errors, where the law requires it, or where your agreement says so. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Pairing available and secure but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or remove features, with reasonable notice to affected organizations.

No warranty

Pairing is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pairing in the twelve months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits what we owe your organization under a written agreement.

Ending use

Your organization's administrator can deactivate accounts in its workspace. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Text messages (SMS)

If you send us the interest form and check the box agreeing to texts, Pairing may text you about Pairing at the number you gave. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Agreeing to texts isn't required to send the form or to buy anything. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We don't sell or share your number or your consent to texts with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

If you choose to get sign-in codes by text in your Pairing account settings, Pairing texts a one-time code to the mobile number you entered each time you sign in or confirm that number. These texts carry only the code, never information about a client. Message frequency varies with how often you sign in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Getting codes by text is optional; you can use a passkey or an authenticator app instead. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We don't sell or share your number or your consent to texts with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Idaho.
