Privacy Policy

This policy covers pairingapp.com and the Pairing app. In short: we collect what you give us, use it to talk with you about Pairing, and never sell it. No agency is live on Pairing yet, and no agency's client information is in it today. This policy is provided by C-Arrow Marketing Solutions LLC, an Idaho limited liability company doing business as Pairing ("Pairing," "we," "us," or "our"), 148 Blue Lakes Blvd N, #171, Twin Falls, ID 83301.

This website

Our hosting and security provider records standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and when, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We also use a tracking script from our customer-relationship provider to measure visits and understand how people find us, for example the pages you view and the link or ad that brought you here. It may set cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site works without them. We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.

The interest form

If you send the "tell us about your agency" form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, agency name and region, and anything optional you add, such as your role, client and staff counts, how you schedule today, what would help most, your biggest scheduling headache and a phone number. We store it in our customer-relationship system with the date you sent it and how you found us, such as the campaign in a link you followed or the page you came from.

We use it only to talk with you about Pairing: to follow up personally, answer your questions and learn which agencies are interested. The form is for business contacts only and doesn't ask for any client or health information. If any reaches us through it, we'll delete it.

Bot protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible check that tells people from bots. There's no checkbox or puzzle. It looks at signals from your browser and device, and we only receive a pass or fail. Cloudflare explains what it collects in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum and privacy policy.

Emails we send you

After you send the form, we email you a short confirmation through our email-delivery provider. It records whether the email was opened and whether its links were clicked. We don't add you to a newsletter.

Texts we send you

We text you only if you checked the box agreeing to texts. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time. See the texting section of our Terms of Service. We don't sell or share your number or your consent to texts with anyone for their marketing.

The Pairing app

Pairing is built and tested with made-up children, staff and addresses. Before any agency puts client information into Pairing, we sign a Business Associate Agreement with that agency, as HIPAA requires, and that agreement governs how we handle its protected health information. The agency owns its data. We never sell protected health information or use it for advertising, and notifications are designed to leave client details out.

If you use the Pairing app, we keep your account details, such as your name, email address and which agency you belong to, to sign you in and run the service.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that help us run Pairing, under agreements that limit what they can do with it: website hosting and bot protection, our customer-relationship system, email delivery, and cloud hosting for the app. If agencies subscribe in the future, payments will be handled by Stripe, and we won't store card numbers. We may also share information where the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep what you sent through the form while we're in contact about Pairing, and delete it when you ask. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete your information, by replying to any of our emails or writing to [email protected].

Children

This website is for agency staff and isn't directed to children. Please don't send us any information about a child.
